Enjoy the first sights of spring at the farm with a French-inspired dinner featuring Bertrand Gilli, Chef and co-owner of Ristorante Divino. Originally from France, Chef Bertrand Gilli was classically trained at Ferrandi Culinary Institute, Paris, France. Chef Bertrand spent many hours in the kitchen with his Italian grandmother perfecting his marinara sauce and classic Caesar dressing. In the US, Bertrand has also served as a personal chef and as Sous chef at Momo's Bistro and Rosso Trattoria. In France he has served as Sous Chef at Le Crillion, L'ourcine, Chez maman and La Canaille.
Gilli joins Partner and Bourbon owner and chef Kristian Niemi, Executive Chef Frank Bradley from Bourbon and Farm to Table Resident Chef Drew Thompson to prepare a family style, four-course farm to table dinner featuring seasonal ingredients from local farmers and artisans.
